How do I adjust the height for different terrains?

VertoTrek poles feature a simple telescopic adjustment. For uphill, shorten the poles; for downhill, lengthen them. The quick-lock lever allows you to change the height from 95-130cm in seconds without stopping your momentum.

Will these poles support heavy hikers?

Yes! The aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum alloy is incredibly strong. Each pole is rated to support up to 250 lbs of downward force, providing reliable stability for hikers of all sizes and pack weights.

Are the tips replaceable or for all terrains?

The poles come with permanent tungsten steel tips for ice and rock. We also include removable foot covers for pavement and snow baskets to prevent the poles from sinking in deep powder or mud.
