When will my order arrive?

Processing time: 2–3 business days (we're packing your order).
Shipping time: 5–13 business days after we hand it to the shipping company.

My tracking number shows no updates.

How do I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email. It typically starts with "#S" and contains numbers and letters.

My order says "Delivered," but I didn’t receive it.

Check with household members or neighbors.
Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.
Contact your local post office/carrier for delivery details (e.g., GPS proof of drop-off).
